When I tried to log in to my account today, I received a "Contact support to reset access" message. I tried to reset my password, but unfortunately I received the same error message.

wont allow me to change password stated contact support

I cannot log into my account and must schedule a HECM test. Follow the process of forgetting my password, and I still cannot log in. Can I get an IT person to help me log in?
