Having trouble transferring result of EXAM keep getting the following error.
Error returned from webservice: [1]ADDR_CITY may not be longer than 17 characters

I have done Module 3.2 twice and every time I get to the section of 14/16 to drag and drop the answers, the module freezes and I have to exit the module.

I cannot sign up for exam. When I fill out information and select appointment time and payment I am sent to Webassessor. I do not have log in number or password.

I just failed the certification exam, is there a way to find out what my score was? Also on the feedback form, what does Additional study is needed mean? Did I pass or fail those areas?

I can't figure out how to print my Certificate of Certification. I have already completed all the necessary steps, as well as my agency.

Since my desktop computer/monitor does not have a camera nor microphone, I purchased a new laptop to take my HECM exam (September 2018) and the HUD Housing Counselor Exam.
I completed the HECM exam in September and registered for the Counselor exam: Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 10:30 am CST.
The Confirmation email states that a detached web camera is required to take the online proctored exam.
