I paid and took the online version however I failed, I wanted to schedule the in person test on 1/16 @ 1pm here in Lancaster, CA.
Please advise if I can switch the payment credit for this retake or if I have to pay the $100 in full to take the in person test.

Had sent the following to "info@hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov" but just received a response that I needed to submit messages via webform.

In training section 4.1, the information regarding appraisals state **lenders are required to provide a free copy of all appraisal valuations obtained at least three days before the closing.

** it is helpful for clients to review the appraisal report with you in order to ID any improper factors used to determine the home's value, such as the racial or religious background of the neighborhood's residents.

Can you request permission to use a sheet of paper and pen to do math problems or request special accommodations when taking test to do so?

In order to be certified, an individual must both pass a standardized written examination covering six major topic areas, and work for an agency approved to participate in HUD’s housing counseling program. In other words, you can take the certification exam without being employed at a HUD-approved agency; however, to become certified you must pass the exam and work for a HUD-approved agency.  

Working on Module 4.2 and screen froze while taking the knowledge check 2. Unable to move on to the next page. I signed out, then back in; screen still frozen. Please advise. Thank you.
