I am an office administrator for an Appraisal company. I am trying to find out what it means when an AMC asks if your appraiser is "FHA Certified". I can't find anything on that.

I have been locked out of my account a couple times. on the last one; I was finally able to have the TFA code actually be accepted by the site. However, as i logged in today. The site is telling me i need to contact support to have my password reset. Please assist me Thank you in advance, Booker
