Logged in under my name, but unable to up-load picture. It did not appear to process. Directed to log in again. Received message that account already registered to me under my email address. Now I am directed to contact support. Currently, no access to HousingCounseling.com. Please help.

Please let me know how can I get the certification. I was the Housing and Logistic Manager with International Rescue Committee (IRC), a non profit organization but my contract ended on 1/31/2025.
