Where can I find the most recent study guide for the certification exam? I have used this study guide and have failed the test 3 times. Please help!

I have my exam for HUD Counselors schedule for tomorrow 03/19/2025 at 12:15pm. I cannot log into my account it says contact your support to reset your access. i needed to take the hud exam at 2 sadly my account was locked and i needed to contact support to reset my account . will i be charged and will you just be able to reschedule it to tomorrow thanks
