I am trying to start my exam and it is asking for verification code when I sign in, where do I get this??

Dear HUD Support Team I have completed the assessment on your training platform, but I accidentally closed the window before I had a chance to review my answers and learn from my mistakes. I would greatly appreciate it if you could reset or reopen the assessment for me so I can take it again and strengthen my preparation before the certification exam.
