Hi, my name is Elizabeth Stark STARK and I was registered to take the HUD Housing Counseling exam this morning, July 29th at 11:00 AM. However, when I reviewed my confirmation e-mail, I realized that I had accidentally registered for a Spanish language test instead of. What I need is English language, so I am wondering if there's a way to change it or to register for an English language test instead.

Please see your response to me below. I do not need to reset the password for our “Agency” but rather my individual password. This temporary password will not work for me as an individual.

On Thursday, July 24, I took my test at the South Plainfield location, and I would like to report and complain because, halfway through the test, the internet started interrupting every 2 minutes, displaying an error message stating that the internet was unavailable. This constant disruption significantly impacted my ability to concentrate and perform well. I had to stand up from my place and talk with the lady, and she explained to me that she needed to contact the web ambassador to resolve the issue. But they couldn't do it.

I needed to reschedule exam due to medical appointment on 7/30 and have been trying since 7/24. I was not able to log in. I have been trying to contact (call/email) HUD and have not got a response. I am requesting a refund since I have been trying to cancel within the window. Where can I send copies of the emails I sent and proof of medical appointment?

hi my name is christina i'm trying to log into my account it asked me to change my password which i did and it told me it was successful in changing the password but now when i'm trying to log in to the account it is telling me that i need to call support to have my access reset i'm trying to also register to take the exam tomorrow and i'm also obviously unable to do that or study the material without getting into the

When I logged into my account I was asked to change my password. I did so and was told it updated successfully. I tried logging back in to my account, and received a message saying I need to contact support to reset my access. I am trying to study as well as register to take the exam ASAP. Thank you
