Hi, my name is Elizabeth Stark STARK and I was registered to take the HUD Housing Counseling exam this morning, July 29th at 11:00 AM. However, when I reviewed my confirmation e-mail, I realized that I had accidentally registered for a Spanish language test instead of. What I need is English language, so I am wondering if there's a way to change it or to register for an English language test instead.
Please see your response to me below. I do not need to reset the password for our “Agency” but rather my individual password. This temporary password will not work for me as an individual.
