I feel like I need to type in all caps once again the third time I cannot set up authenticator on your site. I just got off the phone with Google. They confirm I get the code for authenticator, but there is no place on your site to put it my head is a noodle. I’ve tried for three days. I’m now sitting here crying. Why can’t you just help me with this? I wouldn’t be calling you. I’m pretty technical. This was working before with other applications Google authenticator but not yours come on man please help me.

I am Submitting a ticket due to having issues trying to sign in HUD counseling website and I keep getting a message to contact support team I need to login to my account to sign up to retake the HUD exam. I have also tried multiple devices. Not sure if the website is down or not or if this is a technical issue. I have called and left several messages, and no one has called me back. I cannot access my account. I’ve tried several times to install either Google or Microsoft authenticator to no avail. I had sent a service request before, but I wasn’t very clear about what I was looking for. I need access to this for my iPad and an HP laptop windows 11 of 11 does not work with authenticators so I’m not sure what I need to input so I can work on the exam prep on both systems. I am so frustrated with Google and Microsoft. Neither one of them is Helpful. Can you please call me?
