We’ve tried everything on our end, including assigning full admin access to the user, but they are still unable to access or take the HUD Housing Counselor test. Can you please advise on what might be causing this issue or assist in resolving it as soon as possible?

hello this is wifey i just took my housing counselor's exam today and at the end of it it said that i'm supposed to receive my feedback for the exam with an email and i never received that email and the info desk that was included in the exam completion email was also not working so i'm wondering if i could as soon as possible receive feedback for the exam i completed my number is 612-448-4222

How do I schedule a testing date?

I am having issues with the two factor identification login process. My work email does not have a Micro Soft account. So I can't receive the code through 2 different authenticator websites. Can you send me a new QR code to see if I can down load it again and see if that will correct the issue? Thank you

I (as well as my staff) have been experiencing many issues logging into this portal. I had recently added an authenticator and when I input the code, does not work.
