Hi, my name is Jacqueline Chips and I was scheduled to take the Hut exam at the Alpha Technical Institute, 5401 Schaeffer Rd. in Dearborn, MI today at 2:00 PM. Unfortunately this morning when I went to leave for work my car wouldn't start. So I had we had arrangements with my manager to work from home and then I had asked my aunt if she would be willing to take me to the testing site this afternoon.

Hi my name is Shelby Ashenfelter. I'm supposed to take the HUD test at 9:00 AM today and the website will not let me log in so I have no way to take the test or even contact criterion or anything. Like I don't know what I'm supposed to do if I try to request a ticket online and it's not letting me put in my information under your name and your e-mail.

Hello there. I am trying to login for the first to take the practice exams. There is a two-part verification step which includes a CAPTCHA code and another code that has six digits. How do I receive the six-digit code? I thought maybe through text or email, but I received nothing. Did I receive it when I created the account a while back? If so, I don't have it.
