I am scheduled for the exam today at 9:30 am however the website shows that I have not registered for the exam so I cannot launch it. I registered on Wednesday December 4 and my transaction confirmation code is #26cd78b26b11348dd1a1f01002b08e2d. I even received an email on Sunday confirming the test date and time. I contacted customer support for HUD today and was directed to Kryterion with no success. I have been trying to figure out this issue since 8:15 this morning.

It looks like the system has blocked me out of the HUD counselor central. Can you please reset my access to HUDCounselors.com? Also, please let me know the instructions to set up 2 factor authentication so I can avoid this issue in the future. I understand that your hours could be limited due to the holidays but asking urgency if possible. I have an HUD exam upcoming Friday, so need all my access to be able to take the exam. Thanks,
