I am doing the Modules for the HUD Housing Counselors training, and it is not registering as finished when I complete a module. What I'm I missing?

I had difficulty trying to get on to the test site and have rescheduled todays 9am test for this coming Wednesday the 20th. I know this was short notice, but I had no access to one of our IT people to help get set up early this am. This test set up is so difficult. I will schedule with someone to help me next Wednesday and have scheduled an afternoon test, instead of in the am. I have to use my desktop and laptop to set up with 2 step phone authentication and it was frustrating. My Apologies for the late notice. Gayla Mellen BVCA Pertnership

within the last 3 weeks i registered 6 times to take the exam on line. these exams were never launched since no launch button became available on time. requesting a return of these fees. thanks

Hello, I'm in the middle of training and one of our housing counselors is unable to log in to schedule her certification due to an error that she keeps getting every time she's trying to log in: 'Contact support to reset your access' Participant's name: Marilourdes Miranda Email: mmiranda@consumerpr.org Is there a way that this can get resolved so that she can schedule her certification? The glossary is unavailable. Is there a way to receive a printable glossary and printable version of the training modules?

Good Morning, I created an account a few days ago. I took the knowledge assessment and have completed into module 4 however, my account states I have not started or taken the knowledge assessment. Why is that? How do we fix it?

My training modules are not showing that i went through every modul. i did a majority twice.
