I recently sent an email to housing.counseling@hud.gov (ticket: 06507739) with an issue and a request. FHA's follow-up seemed as if it was handled by a poorly vetted generative AI and completely missed the mark. I am unable to login to my HUD user account, when I put in my username and password it says to "Contact support to reset your access" and when I try to reset my password it also says "Contact support to reset your access" and does not take me to a screen where I can reset my password. Instead it takes me to the main home page. I need to register for my HUD exam ASAP
