Hello, I've completed the knowledge assessment twice, and it does not show in my account that I have completed it. It just displays the message saying that I have not completed the practice exam. I also never received an email with my results from my knowledge assessment. Also, I've taken each interactive module twice and it shows that I have not done any. Could someone please assist?

Good morning, My name is Australlyn Aidoo, and I am with the Housing Partnership for Morris. I am writing to request assistance in finding my Counselor Exam ID. I passed my exam yesterday and have been unsuccessfully trying to transfer to HUD Connection. I did not receive any ID with the congratulatory email I received.
