Good morning. I recently passed the HUD Certification Exam. I received the email detailing next steps. When I log in to my HUD account, and click on "Exam Status," when I then click on "Transfer Results to FHAC," I am transferred to a screen that reads "We Can't Find This Page." I have tried multiple times, and the result is the same. Please advise how I may complete the process. Thank you

The practice exam is not showing what areas I should study or what a final grade. Also I am scheduled to take the exam on July 11th, but that is not showing on my account.

Charge on Amex Card: I am the Executive Assistant for Navicore Solutions, and in trying to reconcile our Amex statement, there is a charge of $60 on 6/24/24 for a "Kryterion Webassesor Phoenix AZ charge (says it was billed 6/28/24). Hello, I have passed my exam and I haven't received my Exam ID number to forward my information over to FHAC to receive my certificate. The link in the email does not work, and the the ID # isnt' in my profile or the email I received after passing the exam. Can you please forward that information to me?

Unable to launch Exam. On July 5th I registered to take the Housing Counseling Certification Exam. I received an email with confirmation of the exam which was on July 8th at 2PM. I spent 30 minutes on with technical support trying to launch my exam. Under my profile there was no button to launch the exam but it looked as if I needed to register for the exam again. I need to figure out why I was unable to launch the exam or why it didn't appear on my profile.

I was originally scheduled to take the exam certification on July 1, 2024 at 17:30, but I was unable to access the exam after completing the exam registration. I recently received an email notification that my exam was rescheduled to July 12, 2024 at 17:30. However, on the website, it says that I am not scheduled for an exam and that I need to begin exam registration. Please direct me as to what I need to do to resolve this matter so that I will not have any issues on exam day.
