I cant hear any of the modules in hud housing counselors

After the system update, my account says that I haven't completed any modules.

Hi, my name is Leketia Ferebee. My email address is leketiaf@gmail.com. I tried to access the online certification exam after completing the registration process (I took my photo and I paid for the exam). I received an email confirmation with my exam date and time (July 1, 2024 @ 1730), but, now the website is saying that I need to begin the exam process. I contacted Kryterion Support, which they were unable to assist. They provided me with this contact link. I look forward to hearing from someone soon as I would like to reschedule the exam. Thank you for help with this matter.

I have completed registration and paid for my exam. I received confirmation of a start time for today at 1730, however, once I logged in today, the website says that I have to begin the exam process.

Hello, I have a scheduled HUD Exam (authorization code: nux757ua) that I would like to reschedule. However, this exam does not show up in my account. How can I reschedule this exam?

I was originally scheduled to take the HECM Exam last Wednesday but the camera on the WebAssessor site was unable to lock in onto my face after trying for almost an hour. I was able to reschedule for a later time that day to keep trying but then ran out of time and patience. I reschedule to take the Exam today but when I logged in to this site, it says I am not scheduled. I noticed the warning that the site is still under maintenance so I am wondering if maybe that is what is causing the glitch. I don't want to have to pay again and need to get this scheduled ASAP.

Hello, I am having trouble registering for my exam. I select Begin Registration and input my basic information but when I select begin the same input page comes up with my deleted information. I cannot get to the next screen to finish registering. I would like to take the test today online.

Good afternoon I've been trying to register to take the exam but the website doesn't seem to want to move forward from me answering the required questions, clicking the two appropriate boxes and pressing register or the exam. I am trying to register for an exam but once i enter all my information, check the 2 disclaimers at the bottom, and submit; all information goes away and just reloads into the same page. I have tried 9 times already and i cannot move on. I have tried in a different browser as well. Please assist so i can move forward to register for my exam.
