I meant to schedule my exam for July 12th, not June. I did not realize I scheduled for June 12th until this morning when I received an email stating my exam is in 2 days. I work for a non-profit and this month is the end of my our second quarter for our FSS clients. I am backed up trying to get all of my clients in and accounted for by the end of the month. July is the first month of our new quarter and this is why I wanted July.

I began the classes for certification and then was terminated from my position. I want to finish my certification. Could you please let me know where I can find the completed sections of my certification and how I can complete at this time from where I left off and the exam and training, thank you

Hi, my name is Marcia Brown-Williams. My original time for my exam today was for 11:00am. I tried several times to get into my assessment but I couldn't. After trying several with the assistance of my supervisor, I was locked out. I then had to reschedule my exam for 1:30pm later today. The Lockdown browser is what is giving me the most problems. Even when I hit the link for it to continue and I hit the links for me to continue, another box pops up with the word exit and it shuts down everything. I do not know what to do. I want to take my exam today!
