I was scheduled to take the exam today, June 26, at 2 pm however when trying to launch the exam i had an issue. I spoke with support who resolved the issue but the testing time had past. Is there anyway of rescheduling the exam without paying the cost again?

I accidentally scheduled my exam for today instead of tomorrow. Can I move the date to 6/26/24 at 1pm? It's when my proctor is coming to the office.
