I sent an email to reschedule my appointment for testing but I was being charged to reschedule. I followed the prompts and chatted with Kryterion support and was told I needed to email HUD directly not to be charged. I submitted an email asking for the fee to be waived but never got a response. I just got back from my wedding and realizing I still didn't get a response for a refund or coupon to reschedule the test.

The HUD so called "Practice Exam" and the "Training" is not in line with the changes that have been made to the HUD Certification exam. I had a number of folks who have taken courses in preparing people for the exam as saying that they believe this a money making opportunity where HUD doesn't seem to be interested in assuring that more people pass the exam but to make money. I hope this is not true. I would love to be a certified HUD counselor but, I've taken this exam 7 times and barely failed the exam. Next time, I guess.
