I was not able to take the HECM Exam on 12/21/23 at 2:00 PM due to computer issues. I received support messaging that I could not be seen on my camera even though the camera was working on my end. I was asked to reboot my computer which took two tries and so long that I missed my exam window. Please refund me the $100 payment for this exam so that I can retake at a later time. Hello, my name is Jayna Johnson. I am the Housing Education & Resource Manager at Tennessee Housing Development Agency, who oversees our HUD program and Homebuyer Education network partners. I was contacted by a network partner, Lydia Hoskins, who completed the exam online today (12/14) but upon completion and while reviewing her exam, she was asked to scan her room and notified that she would not be able to submit. We are unsure who her "administrator" is but I am hopeful I can assist with a resolve.
