There is no volume in the training Courses I am using a I pad and a MacBook Pro is that a issue with the training.

I am having problems with rescheduling my exam date. This has been ongoing issue that it does not allow me to reschedule without support. Please help me with this issue. My exam date is coming up in 6 days. I need to reschedule for May 19th or 22nd @ 12pm. Thanks, Cassandra Shaw 856-278-5525

Is this the only site to provide training for the housing counselor training? is there another addition that can help to pass the test. I need additional help.

When trying to register for the HECM counseling test there is a message in red letters that states, " Beginning March 16th, 2023 HECM exams may be scheduled at Housing Counseling.org ".. when you click on this ONLY the HUD counselor TEST is on the site?

I can not locate anything to register for the HECM exam. Do I need to register on the old site?

I'm Julio Lopez, and I'm the lead trainer for my HUD certified agency. One of my counselors has been trying to get certified for the last couple of weeks and unfortunately has not been able to pass. Last Friday we tried to schedule his 10th attempt and we received an error saying that he reached his max attempts. We tried calling the help desk multiple times during your hours of operation but unable to reach to anyone.
Is there a way that his attempts can be rest so that he can try again?
