I was just calling because I was trying to register for an account on the website and I put in my information and it kept bringing me to attempts as if I was attempting to try to log in. And unfortunately after that it just kept putting me on the prompt to redo a new password which caused me to use all my attempts to log in.

I've been following the instructions on the e-mail I received when I paid the for the test. But even if I go to the health council and how page exam center page, I don't see the test there to be clicked or the link.
