I was not able to launch my scheduled exam this morning. after I checked the instruction boxes and clicked Launch I received a blank page, I tried several times with no success. I had to reschedule my exam because I could not access it . Please check the portal for problems

I have been trying to file a discrimination complaint online through HUD.GOV but the online process for complaints seems to be broken.
