Dear Counselor,

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.

There is a known browser error in which candidates are sometimes kicked out of Webassessor and asked to log back in.

can you please tell me where to find the downloadable study guide?

I was in the process of taking my exam when I was notified once for looking around, which I was not looking away from computer but looking back and forth between calculator and question. And then a second time when I burped. I was then asked to show my area and I complied. I have no other area to test other than the office here. There was no information that I could cheat with and I did not look away from the computer which reviewing footage would show.

How to I see what parts have completed and what still need to do? Help

I am entering my email:
jferguson@habitatpasco.org and my password and email are not recognized. When I have reset sent to my email and enter the temporary password the website login still does not recognize my email and password. I am now locked out.

I was scheduled to take the HUD Housing Counselors Certification Exam at 1:15pm today at the NC Elite Career Center - Greensboro, NC. When I showed up for testing on time, the site was closed. I called and the voicemail stated that they were closed. Could I please re-schedule my exam without having to pay an additional $100?
