Need training for HECM exam

I accidentally scheduled my exam for 3 am instead of 3 pm, and now I can't reschedule it or even purchase a new assessment.

I could not get my test to launch last week and I had sat on chat for over an hour waiting for a response after being told I would get transferred to an agent and then I emailed as well and never received a response. Can someone help me reschedule my test without having to buy another one since it was your launch page that wasn't working.
