Cost to take Certification Exam?

Hello, I have an certification exam scheduled for tomorrow at 1:30pm in Aurora, CO. We have been notify that there will be a winter storm starting today and all schools will be closed tomorrow. Is there any way to reschedule this test since the testing site is at a school? I tried doing it online but is charging me a 85 fee.

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.

There is a known browser error in which candidates are sometimes kicked out of Webassessor and asked to log back in.

The Suspended my exam because they wanted me to physically show them my phone in the kitchen, I told them, that's a evasion of privacy and then they wanted me to bring the phone in the room with me and place it on silence. I told them my phone is distraction I prefer it out of the room and they suspended my exam. I would like to reschedule my exam. Please, I already paid for the exam and that was the last $60 I have left in my account.

Hi, I took the HUD Housing counselor exam on 2/27/24 and passed. I am trying to register on FHA Connection to get and ID complete my end of the licensing process. Yesterday I was emailed a response that my SSN logged with with FHA Connection was not found on the Counseling roster. I assume that means that it does not match the SSN on file at the time I signed up for the Exam. I have a printout of the SSN I logged with FHA Connection and I know it was input accurately for that step. Could you let me know how I can correct this?

I am having issues launching my online test.

How can I retake the online test? It's trying to make me pay for all over again for the retake.

How much is the exam?

I may have put the wrong HCS ID number when I registered for the exam, with Krypterion. How do I correct this?
