Hello. I purchased an exam ONLINE but seem like I will not be able to test from a computer. Please cancel my ONLINE test as I went ahead and purchased a test for a proctoring center. I cxl but still shows on my assessments. The Credit must be done for the ONLINE. $60. thank you.

I changed my TEST from PROCTOR to ONLINE. I chose RESCHEDULE and is not listing both proctor and ONLINE, when and how can I see my refund?
