I need to reschedule due to my ride canceling at the last minute.

hello I have just started the training to study for the HUD certification exam I wanted to know if their is supposed to be sound with this training modules or not as I do not have sound with mine & wasn't sure if it's a technical issue on my side or the way it is set up. I pay for 2 exams under my account and 1 was for an employee, the other for myself but both went under his name because I changed the user to pay for his, now I can’t take the exam and need to get a refund or to be allowed to use the 2nd exam

I have passed the exam a while back but now cannot find a copy of my certificate. How can I locate that?

Is there a paperback book I can order?
