My name is Joel Marsh and I was scheduled to take the HECM Exam at 7:45pm. However, The test was loaded in Spanish and not English so they could not just load the english version of the exam without approval from my Sponsor and they provided this web-link. Infact, this is the 2nd time today this test was canceled unnecessarily. Any help you can provide in resolving this issue would be appreciated,
