I need a receipt stating that I paid $100 for the Exam. My receipt has no amount paid at all.

I am interested in getting my Certification as a HUD Counselor. What do I need to do to make that a reality?

I have a test scheduled to take online on 5/21/2024 at 9am-11AM.
Is it possible for me to change it to go to a proctored site?

After hours VM: Good morning. My name is Mona Clark. I'm calling from Savannah, GA with ERA of Savannah Economics Opportunity Authority. I was taking the hood examination on Tuesday and it's stated it before I can complete it that it was suspended and I was trying to figure out exactly what does that mean, What happened? 

Ms. Reid did not pass her exam and would like to schedule for another. Wanted to know if there was a code she had to enter for a retake.

I took and passed this morning the HECM Test. However, this is the email I received regarding the passing score which is for the wrong exam:

You completed the assessment, HUD Housing Counselors Certification Examination, on May 14, 2024.

Result: PASS
