I have tried and tried to take the certification exam online at my house and have had nothing but failures and have bought a new web cam spent hours on the phone with Kryterion help desk I need to go to Pickaway Ross Career and Technology Center at 1410 Industrial Dr. , Chillicothe Ohio 45601 and change this from online to on site heip desk said the my computer is not compatible with the online test at home please and thank you

My name is Michelle Stokes and I took the certification yesterday. I did not receive the email that's usually sent out detailing what we need to work on for the next test. At the time of testing my on file email was stokesmichelle@hotmail.com but that email has been giving me issues. I have since updated it. Hello. I am signing up to take the exam online. I saw this and wanted to know if it is still valid and if so, does that mean laptop cameras are now acceptable?

NOTE: Beginning August 6, 2020, HUD will no longer require online exam candidates to use an external camera. HUD will accept any camera for the online certification exam. This change is being made due to the increased demand for online testing and the slow reopening of testing centers that closed due to Covid-19. This change will be revaluated in the future based on security, demand, and availability.

I tried and it is saying I have to pay a reschedule fee. I am only rescheduling due to an emegency visit from FEMA to my house. Is there any way the fee can be waved?

I have a scheduled exam for 6/12 at 10 a.m. I need to reschedule due to FEMA letting me know that they are coming to my house 6/12 at 10a.m. because I suffered damege to my home during the storms taht hit Dallas, Tx.
