It doesn't give you a score it just tells you didn't make the required 500 needed to pass the exam. I don't know if I was 458 or 300. It doesn't help you identify what is really needed for you to pass the exam.

I accidentally scheduled the on line Hud Housing Counselor exam for July 20, 2026. I need to change the date for for another date in July 2024. Please advise

I completed my test and submitted my answers I was asked if I wanted to participate in the survey before viewing my results. Since I already had done a survey, I clicked "skip" and was given an error screen asking to reach Kryterion for support. Where do I go from here?

Need help rescheduling my test.
