Was scheduled to take the online certification exam on 3/5/18 at 9 pm. Failed and with the assistance from HUD's exam center to try to hook me up. Hook up failed because an external camera was not available at the time. Would like to change the testing to onsite location. The closest is Surprise, AZ if possible.

To access the practice exam, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Once you are signed in, click on the “Training Center” button on the home page, then click on “Take Practice Exam.” If you are already signed in, you can access the Take Practice Exam launch page directly.

Eligibility:
In order to be certified, an individual must both pass a standardized written examination covering six major topic areas and work for an agency approved to participate in HUD’s housing counseling program. In other words, you can take the certification exam without being employed at a HUD-approved agency; however, to become certified you must pass the exam and work for a HUD-approved agency.

If you have passed the exam, your next step is to authorize the transfer of your passing test results to FHA Connection. To do this, sign in to your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select “Exam Center” from the top navigation. Then, select “Transfer Results to FHA Connection.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Transfer Results page.

I am about to take the Certification exam next 2/27/2018 however I have not receive any confirmation from you. My order date was on 02/092018

I have spend 2 hours trying to set up my computer for this stupid test. I need help on this ASAP, not in two days.
