To access the training, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov. 

Once you are signed in, select “Training Center” at the top of the page. If you are already signed in, you can access the Training Center launch page directly.

Training is available to anyone who creates an account. You can choose from two study methods: an interactive online training course or a downloadable Study Guide in PDF format.

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Once you are signed in, click on the “Exam Center” button on the home page, then click on “Register for Exam.” If you are already signed in, you can access the Register for Exam page directly.

For online proctored exams, computer systems must meet the criteria outlined on the Kryterion Online Proctoring Support page. Before scheduling your exam, we encourage you to visit this page to test equipment compatibility, which includes checks for webcam, microphone, and internet speed.
