When I look at my account at HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov it says that my name is Robert Campbell. When I look at my ID it says that my name is Robert Campbell, but somehow the proctor couldn't verify my identity when I tried to take the certification test. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.

Entered password and account got locked. I have my certification exam tomorrow and need to run system checks.

How exactly does the calculator that is provided work? I want to be sure of the functionality.
