I passed my exam on 5/24 and this site says I have completed all the necessary steps to register with FHA connect, but I tried to sign on to them and they had no record of me. Can you advise what I need to do?

I showed up to take my HUD exam and the testing site, Rio Salado College Lifelong learning center in Surprise, AZ, and they had no internet so they had to turn me away from my test. Is there a way I can get a credit/voucher to rebook my test? I showed up at 10:45am and they let me know no internet in the district.

I have taken this exam on 3 separate occasions.
