Hello, I am having issues signing into my user account and scheduling my HUD Housing Counselor exam.

I have a question about the HUD Housing Counselor exam. The website says, in order to take the exam you have to work for an agency approved for HUD housing counseling. It also says, unless I have misunderstood, in order to be an approved agency you have to have someone that works for the agency that is a HUD Counselor. How can I become a HUD Housing Counselor so the agency I work can become an approved agency?
