Need to reschedule my exam

Good afternoon. I was revising my studies and I just notice that on Module 2:1 knowledge check it has to check either true or false. But on the answer key is completely wrong. I do not know if no one caught that before.

Dear Earl,

The online training is interactive, but the videos do not include audio. However, the downloadable study guides do have an audio option. To access this open the Training Center within your account, scroll down to and click on Download Study guide. 

Once the page loads click on the desired module to download PDF. Open the PDF and within Adobe go to View > Read Out Loud > Activate Read Out Loud. 

My name is Beth Skidmore. I am trying to get a letter showing that the second time I took the HUD certification that I passed the test. Can you please tell me how to get that? This site is only showing the first test that i failed.

Good morning... Can someone call me about my exam that I was supposed to take on Friday, June 9th? I logged in extra early only to not be able to access the exam. The system continued to state my credentials were invalid although I've been using the same username & Pw. I tried to reset the password, no success. I called the phone number for tech support but they was closed so I'd attempted the chat only to be ignored. I would like to reschedule my exam. Please assist.
