I want to take the certificate test to be employed as a Housing counselor. I understand I need to be employed to get certified but thought I could take the test without being employed by an agency. but when registering to take the test it requires an agency ID #

How can I reschedule the exam?

Had issues with the HUD exam as I was not able to log in, looking to reschedule the exam to next week Wednesday, July 28th at 5PM (Eastern-Standard Time).
