Thank you for this e-mail. I used the link and attempted to reset and it just takes me to the login page for the testing site. I have downloaded google authenticator and made sure my work e-mail address is linked to it on my phone. I am getting all kinds of codes to verify my identity from other places. Just not the testing site. Everything was working fine on Friday, as for as my being able to purchase and take the exam goes. I was getting codes from the website to my phone just fine.

When I login with my password error message indicates it needs to be reset

I need a QR code to establish two-factor verification to login to my account.

I don't know why I keep having an issue with signing into my account. It seems like everytime I put my password in it says its invalid and when I request to reset password, the change password email is generated by when I tap on the link it does not take me to the reset password site only to the log in site. Then when I try to repeat this process again to try to change the password, the system logs me out. This is frustrating. Please help. This is now the 3rd time i believe regarding this same issue. Thank you in advance.

There is no issue. I just would like to know if there is a study hard copy book available to prepare for the exam?

Every time I am unable to login. I need the authenticator, but the system does not allow me to set it up. I have received a password reset email, but the system does not allow me and tells me to contact support.
