on module 3.1, after I answer the question on page 17 of 26, I am not allowed to click next. It is not there for me to click, only previous. I have restarted the module several times and the issue is the same.

HUD referral - user cannot log in.

Hi, the HCC school campus where I'm scheduled to take the test is closed. What should I do now. I called and they stated that they will not be open until next month.

I need to reschedule my exam.

I am currently working for a non-profit that is in the process of obtaining HUD agency certification. My understanding is that to become a HUD Housing Counselor, I must be working for a HUD certified agency. If one of the requirements for an agency to become HUD certified is that they must show they have directly provided housing counseling for one year, then how can a small agency, such as ours, that does not have other Housing Counselors providing 1:1 coaching, meet the requirements of providing housing counseling for one year. Please clarify.

but there is not one nor a button to pick a date nothing I sign up for a training and I have to be sign up for a date to get the free trying in I have to have the proof by tomorrow afternoon please can you help me Alexis

Dear Customer Support, The website states that a downloading HUD exam manual is available to supplement the screenshots but does not explain how/where to do the download.
Please send the link to the manual's downloadable pdf.
