My name is Ferrell Hurt and I am scheduled to take the HUD housing counseling exam on tomorrow. The IT department is closed for today . The computer from which I am taken the test (via job) is having the software downloaded but having issues pre-rest prep.

I know that this is the day before but is there a possibility that I can reschedule my test for another day this week. This will allow proper software to be downloaded.

How can I change the date and location of my test? I want to re-take it on June 17 onsite.

I was taking the exam in October online. My camera was not working properly (was working before the exam launched). How do I reschedule?
