My director and myself were notified that our training was canceled in March of 2020 for the NCRC HUD Exam training by NCRC (and not us) due to COVID-19 and we received notice recently that we are still signed up for the class. Is there a way that this fee can be waived due to the circumstances of the coronavirus? This was completely out of our hands.

I have been trying to transfer my results of PASS to FHA since 06/02/2020 and I was not given an ID to put in and can not get back to exam center to do it.

I was rescheduled for my HUD Certification Exam by Kryterion to tomorrow June 5 at a site different than my originally scheduled site. However, neither sites are open yet. Please advise my next steps.
