How can I find out if an exam date/time becomes available?

The fee charged each time an individual takes the certification examination is based on the cost of administering the examination. As announced in the Federal Register Notice dated May 31, 2017, an online proctored exam costs $60 and an in-person proctored exam costs $100. Any changes in pricing will be published in advance in the Federal Register. 

I am trying to reschedule my test date, which was originally set for May 26th. There appears to be an opening on July 2nd at 2pm. I possible, I would like that appointment. I tried to ewschedule but was unable.

I passed the HUD certification exam and am trying to get it set up in FHA Connection. I am trying to find my Counselor Exam ID so I can get set up in FHA connection. It is not posted anywhere. When I go to FHA connection to set up an account it will not let me.

I scheduled a online exam for June 21st, I was unable to take it due to my work computer having antivirus protection. After speaking to the chat support I was told once I reschedule the payment would role over but was not told I would have to do so in 24hrs. Kryterion was not able to refund the money and told me to contact HUD to get a refund. How would I go about that process?

I do not have an external camera and want to take the exam. I have a secondry computer as well as an iPhone X and 11. I am 60 years old and do not want to attend a class setting to take this test due to Covid. Is there an accommodation that can be made for this?
