The training course wont open. what do I need to do?

To access the training, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov. 

Once you are signed in, select “Training Center” at the top of the page. If you are already signed in, you can access the Training Center launch page directly.

Training is available to anyone who creates an account. You can choose from two study methods: an interactive online training course or a downloadable Study Guide in PDF format. 

Unable to see which Modules are complete.

I signed up for a proctor instead of in person and I need to change it as soon as possible.

Knowledge Assessment # 24 states that EEM mortgage front end is 31%, that seem to be incorrect I believe that should be 33% with 45% back end ??

I am one of the people who will be forced to take this HUD exam. What provisions will be available for those with anxiety or who have test taking issues or will we just be unable to counsel because we can't pass the test? I am not looking forward to this test, I am even reconsidering being a housing counselor all together due to this test.
