Passed Certification not showing in Transfer Results to FHA Connection
I am filling out a service request through my job and I need an address of the vendor to send the check to. Could you provide this to me?
Phone call on the Hotline from a user who was trying to sign up for an exam. She stated that when she went through the process and was sent to Webassessor that she was sent to a sign in screen and that Webassessor would not accept her user name and password. I suggested that she try a different browser and go back to the HUD HousingCounselors.com website and try the process again. She tried this while on the phone, and was able to get through to Webassessor succcessfully and continue the process.
wasn't there an interactive webinar type train t moding? where I can see and listen to the instructor teach/train us on the different modules?
How do you get a physical certificate once you have passed the HUD housing counselor exam?
Good morning, I am not about to get the interactive training to work on my pc.
When I click on the module nothing happens the wheel just keeps on spinning
How can I sink my online account and my phone? I can log in on the computer but not my phone. I don't remember my password on the computer to put it in my phone when I log in. Please help.
