Caller received errors when trying to sign up for a user account. She was using autofill to enter her email address. Support asked her to type it in maunually and it worked.
I was wondering why I can not see my test results and which ones I got wrong or right how am I supposed to learn if I can't see my results I would like to know what my results are before I retake the test.
on the online interactive training, section 3.1, just completed the knowledge check page 8. It is not letting me close the pop up window, stating my answer was correct and only showing previous link. No next link to be able to move to page 9. Seems like the system is stuck.
I thought I had completed all the training, but it's not showing that I have completed. Will you let me know if I did?

I'm having difficulty registering for the test. If I understand.. if you can not select a time then there is no availability at that facility - I've checked all the facilities and there appears to be no times available - what am I doing incorrectly?
Hi, I am working with the Greater New Orleans Housing Alliance and the Louisiana Homebuyer Education Collaborative to prepare for the HUD Counseling Exam. We have about 8 counselors who need to take the exam and are interested in setting up our own testing location in New Orleans. I was curious if we could get a proctor to come out for a private testing location, or what other options may exist for making this happen. Thanks!
Hello, I started my HUD Housing counseling training today. I am at Financial Mgmt/Budget module 1.2 and it will not allow me to move on to the next module. I've reviewed questions 3 times and it will not end. How do I get pass this point? Please advise. Thanks
I put an additional time and reviewed and went through the interactive x5 from the last test my level Rose by four points how many more questions made it to be answered correctly by your standards necessary to pass this test?
Will I need to present a photo ID at the proctoring location?
If so, will the address on my ID have to match the address on my registration?

The training content is reviewed and updated on a periodic basis to maintain accuracy and relevance. Each time the online modules, Practice Exam and Knowledge Assessment are updated, the status resets because the new modules and assessments have not been completed. This is explained in the Notices tab on your User Profile.
Please note, HUD does not track individual candidate progress in completing the training modules. The Online Training Status is available for candidate reference only.
