Brooke Ratliff called the Hotline asking about the Practice Exam summary. She wished to know why correct and incorrect answers are not given in the Summary,and stated her department was confused by the vague summary information.

i am being asked for assessment id and password while taking the practice hud exam. I do not know what happened and was not done taking the practice exam.

I have been unable to reach the page that will take my payment and schedule an exam. When I click on the button at the bottom of my profile page, I am sent to webassessor.com and asked for a username and password. I don't have a username and password for webassessor. Their help line says that I should be sent directly to a payment page using my hudhousingcounselor.com username and password. Something seems to be broken.

Former employee, Noel Pottinger is no longer affiliated with our agency, Community Action Program of Evansville & Vanderburgh Co., Inc. Can his username and password be inactivated?

I have a apple laptop with a camera on it, do I still have to have a detached camera for testing?

3.2 in got to slide 13 and it would load correctly. I can't answer the question and move on.

Recieved a phone call from Adrian Klenz in Au Claire, WI. His phone number is (715) 456-4907. He stated that there were no exam centers in his area and that he needed to take the exam online. He stated that buying an external webcam himself was not within the Reasonable Accomodations guidelines, since there was not an option for him to go to an exam center and take a proctored exam. He was told about the Reasonable Accomodations request and stated that he was aware of the request form, but did not think that would be sufficient to resolve his complaint.
