When completing the address section to register for an appointment to take a proctored exam do you input the address of the employer or your personal address or does it matter?

I'm unable to register for the exam on the HUD Housing Counselors.com. I login and when to exam center, then put in my information when I clicked send, an error message was seen. Please advise.

My computer froze up close to the end of the test. I am concern with my score because I should have definitely passed that 500 score and because of that issue I did not. I am concern and heart broken about this.
